Product Description
In order to enlarge the display product line in the medical industry, the company decided to release a TFT that could fit the application like the Syringe Infusion Pump. Some main features are listed as follows.
We adopt a thinner touch structure in this case: G+FF (Cover glass + Film sensor*2), the total thickness of the PCAP is 1.53mm (1.10mm Coverlens + 0.43mm Film sensor), including the bonding adhesive.
OCA Bonding (Optical Clear Adhesive)
With the OCA bonding, the air gap between coverlens, sensor and LCD will be eliminated. By doing this, it can provide a better viewing experience (like brightness and contrast ratio increased) compares to the normal DST bonding solution.
EMI Shielding Film in FPC
The EMI shielding Film will be adopted in this display and help to reduce EMI. Many electronic devices that utilizing flexible circuits and rigid-flex PCB are sensitive to either absorbing or emitting EMI. If EMI is left uncontrolled, it can negatively impact the performance of the design and in extreme cases completely prevent it from functioning.

Touch Panel Customization
There are three methods of bonding for LCD with touchscreen/coverglass. CDTech can support Air/OCA/LOCA option. For smart home, in-vehicle and outdoors projects, more customers prefer the OCA bonding option. LOCA is suitable for LCD with bezel on uneven surface, and can be repaired, and widely used in large panels. Also, deal with filling gaps because it is a liquid.

Usage Guidelines
CDTech’s LCD products have high quality reliability, allowing customers to use them for a long time without easily breaking down. However, we also suggest that customers will follow the correct operation or storage methods when using them: try to avoid direct contact with the FPC gold fingers with hands to prevent oxidation. It is recommended to wear anti-static gloves or finger cots for operation, and ensure effective grounding. When the products are not used for a long time, they should not be stored in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for a long time, but should be stored in a warehouse with appropriate temperature and humidity.

| Product Lifetime |
The lifetime of our product is determined by the lifetime of the LED in the backlight, usually 30000 hours or 50000 hours. Please refer to the specifications for details. |
| Warranty period |
The warranty period of CDTech is one year according to LCD industry standards. Within one year, any product with any problems can receive free after-sales service and returns. After one year, CDTech can still provide paid after-sales service. |
| ESD Protection |
All devices are designed and handled in consideration of ESD protection. This includes ESD-SAFE packaging within anti-static bags, wraps, and trays. Customers are reminded to always follow ESD safety to best protect the devices. |
