S070QWU142FN-FL150-GF is a high-performance 7.0-inch incell vertical highlight TFT LCD with an integrated capacitive touch panel featuring optical bonding. The display utilizes incell glass, and the cover glass supports multi-touch functionality, enhanced by AG+AF surface treatment. With a resolution of 1200×1920 pixels, this module delivers exceptional image quality.
Powered by the FT8206 driver IC and supporting MIPI interface, the display achieves remarkable brightness levels of up to 2300 cd/m² (typical) and 2000 cd/m² (minimum) at an IF of 400mA and a voltage range of 18.9–23.8V. At a lower current of 240mA, it still maintains brightness levels of 1300 cd/m² (typical) and 1000 cd/m² (minimum). Designed to operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and capable of storage at -30°C to +80°C, it ensures optimal visibility even under direct sunlight, making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications.
Utilizing IPS full viewing angle display technology gives this TFT module a wider viewing angle, with typical values of 80 degrees left:80 degrees right, 80 degrees up and 80 degrees down.IPS technology offers faster response times, higher frequency transmittance, better color performance, and significant advantages in accurate imaging over wider viewing angles.

Touch Panel Customization
Cover glass is a part of CTP, CDTech can support not only custom TFT+CTP, but also TFT+cover glass(no touch) solution. For the cover glass, CDTech can provide customisation services such as: shaped cover glass, custom thickness(0.7~6.0mm), AG/AR/AF treatment(if all 3 treatments need to be applied on the same product, we can support that too), 2D chamfering, double-layer cover glass structure, UV resistance, with transparent holes/through holes/icons/logos, silk colours and so on.

Usage Guidelines
CDTech’s LCD products have high quality reliability, allowing customers to use them for a long time without easily breaking down. However, we also suggest that customers will follow the correct operation or storage methods when using them: try to avoid direct contact with the FPC gold fingers with hands to prevent oxidation. It is recommended to wear anti-static gloves or finger cots for operation, and ensure effective grounding. When the products are not used for a long time, they should not be stored in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for a long time, but should be stored in a warehouse with appropriate temperature and humidity.

Warranty period |
The warranty period of CDTech is one year according to LCD industry standards. Within one year, any product with any problems can receive free after-sales service and returns. After one year, CDTech can still provide paid after-sales service. |
ESD Protection |
All devices are designed and handled in consideration of ESD protection. This includes ESD-SAFE packaging within anti-static bags, wraps, and trays. Customers are reminded to always follow ESD safety to best protect the devices. |
